Hi there! It’s been a while, but it’s nice to see you again. I’m fine, but still recovering from my birthday celebrations on Monday. I’m 14 now – and people still call me a puppy! A cute puppy to be exact. I’ve asked mom not to reveal my real age. Why? Because I might start feeling old. And I can’t risk that.
Anyway, my birthday was great. I got yummy treats! Mango and papaya! I’m a fruit lover now, and that shows. I have much more energy than I used to when I was younger. I run when I take mom out, and I run when we come home. No tired jogging here. I think mom starts looking healthier too.
But I have a more serious message too. Thanks to my book, mom and I have been able to give quite a bit to the homeless doggies, cats, turtles, birds, hamsters and other animals in the shelter. Latest on Tuesday this week. Mom says she’s still in “red” on my book because we’ve given everything that has trickled in to my homeless friends. But I think that’s a good thing. It’s Christmas time and red is in fashion, right? And the homeless animals still need so much more. Why? Because they can’t go to work until they’ve been adopted! It’s simple as that.
You know what else is good about Christmas? It’s the time of giving! And my book is a great stocking stuffer. People of any age, particularly those who let their dogs or cats sleep on the bed, will love it. Mom told me that’s what the editorial review said. And kids who can read love it too. They’ve told me!
You’ll find my story (soft cover or Kindle) and customer reviews right here. Thanks for providing two gifts in one click! One for the stocking of someone you love, and the other for the stocking at the Humane Society’s shelter. Because you love these animals too. I know.
Have a wonderful Christmas. Love,
Bumble
